Equity Education Learning for School Leaders

At the end of this Institute, leaders will have developed:

  1. Collaborative collegial dialogue to navigate common school challenges that impact a student’s sense of community.

  2. Insight from leaders and experts who have implemented equitable practices at their schools, including using one of our newest resources, a unique Equity Reflection Tool.

  3. A stronger understanding of the contributing structural and societal factors that affect students’ experience within the school.

Join us for this half-day institute that dives into creating a more equitable school culture in ways that align to your current goals for students, teachers, and community building. We will discuss the many factors that impact a student's school experience and share practical ways leaders can mitigate disparities by fostering a community of care. This institute  will also provide  time for collegial dialogue with fellow school leaders across the country to problem-solve, collaborate, and share best practices for creating a strong school culture, including the use of our newest resource, our Equity Reflection Tool.

Activities and resources from the session will be provided to all attendees. This event will be LIVE and will not be recorded.

Details for joining the Zoom meeting will be shared by email prior to the event.
